Digital Empowerment Campaign (DEC)
Digital Empowerment Campaign
DEC is a Strategic Partnership project under Erasmus+ in which ELA is a partner.
DEC is an Erasmus+ KA210-ADU initiative aimed at increasing the participation of learners with disabilities in
adult education (EdA) and international mobility by enhancing digital and life skills.
Many adult learners with disabilities face significant barriers to accessing education and international mobility programs. These obstacles include limited availability of accessible learning
environments, lack of tailored educational pathways, social exclusion, and low self-confidence due to prior negative experiences in formal education.
Moreover, staff and institutions often lack
adequate training and resources to support inclusive education practices. Digital skills (DIGCOMP) and life skills (LIFECOMP) are crucial in overcoming these challenges, as they empower learners to access content independently, participate actively in society, and build autonomy and resilience in their personal and professional lives.

The DEC Project Up Close
Third TPM in Albania!
The thrid TPM of the KA2 project “Access+EU” , which took place in Albania, marked an important milestone in our journey.
